Had an appointment to pick up a brush mower the second they opened in the morning because it’s been so hot... well the guy who had it the night before was supposed to bring it back as soon as they opened so I could take it. He never showed, wouldn’t answer phone calls, they even sent an employee to a couple job sites to try and find him. They kept apologizing even though it’s was not fault of their own. I finally got it around 2 pm and told them I needed it for 2 hours. I had it returned in just over and hour. Because of the other customers failure to return it on time and my less than hour use of the machine, the manager waived any payment from my end. That’s how you keep customers. I will never rent anything anywhere else!
