Rented a mini-excavator and had one of the tracks come halfway off. This can happen on uneven terrain or a rock can get it off track. Had nothing to do with the quality of the equipment. The equipment is top notch. Called Pro Rentals and Sales on a Saturday when they're closed but had my message passed along to the gentleman who runs the rental shop through an answering service. He called me and said he'd come over to my house to take care of it. On his day off he sacrificed his own time to take care of the situation. He put the track back on like a pro. I was able to complete what I set out to do because of his awesome service. Well done Pro Rentals and Sales! Customer for life, and I'll recommend you guys to all I know.
