I was very impressed with the service and the willingness to provide what I needed. I was trying to rent a ditch witch (trencher) and the other rental companies I called would not allow me to reserve the equipment and said it was first come first served and I would have to show up at 6am in hopes it would be available. I understand why a business would want to do this, but I needed to take time off from work and couldn't risk not getting what I needed. The guy at Rent me Rentals said he would hold it for me, so I prepaid. When I went to pick it up it was on a trailer ready to go for the whole weekend. He then explained that they were open until 2pm on Saturday and if I could return it by 2pm I could get a substantial refund....which I did get:) I am so appreciative of the service, the follow through, and the refund for having it back earlier then I planned. Highly recommend this place!
